What inspired you to launch this as your business?
Started in the Industry in 1994 and was inspired to start burlesque baby in 2005 in london, after I was asked to choreograph routines for people auditioning in a cabaret show, in which they got the part and thought why not see if any ladies are interested in learning burlesque for fun and it turns out they were.

What drew you to "vintage"?
Probably my original obsession with old school american musicals on tv as a child. Love the clothes and the hair and makeup pretty much the glam of it all and the singing and dancing

If you could supply any individual, business or event with your product/services who or which would it be?
We book classes and hen parties and also supply entertainment for private and corporate clients.

How would you like to see your business grow & the Vintage Industry develop over the coming year(s)?
I want my business to grow and flourish with what I am doing right now. I think its key that the Vintage industry flourishes and keeps inspiring people, to take interest, create and be involved. I think it's important people in the community support other vintage style companies, and grow the community. I wouldn't want to see a big commercial interest but a nice strong support community to keep it going, support each other, flourish.

The school teaches women over a period of 5 months, and has taught thousands of women some who have become professionals in the industry today.
