2015 marks the 3rd Annual National Vintage Awards celebrating and rewarding excellence in the work of businesses and individuals contributing to the UK's thriving bygone-inspired industry.
Vintage businesses are being encouraged to enter the awards which cover; authentic retail to reproduction, fairs, entertainment, blogging to beauty and grooming, wedding, event services and photography, as well as the Vintage Academy sponsored Breakthrough Business award; which recognises newcomers who have made significant progress in a short space of time.
This years awards programme has undergone many exciting developments including a new website, enhanced judging process, a lavish awards ceremony format and the introduction of new categories; Best Vintage Tea room/Bar, Best Vintage inspired Event and the NVA Inspiration Award.
Launched on the 1950s street scene at Limewood Dementia Care with the support of previous award winner and founder of ForgetMeNever Bexi Owen. The Inspiration Award aims to recognise individuals or groups going the extra mile. Perhaps working with veterans, helping recreate memories for dementia sufferers or bringing the past to life in schools.
Just by entering, nominees are sending a strong message that they have put their hand up as one of the best in the business and take pride in what they do. All nominees receive a complimentary 'PR pack' featuring sample press release, e-badge, social media banners, interview, entry into the website award, mini marketing guide to make the most of their involvement and a special offer on awards ceremony tickets with complimentary tickets for finalists.
Held in a different area of the UK each year, 2015 sees Cheltenham play host with the prestigious evening on Wednesday 15th July featuring innovative dining, entertainment, recognition and glamour. Not to be missed and open to the whole industry.
